What deletion does
A deletion request disables the account and removes the profile, user generated content, social connections, private library, notifications, playback records, media and Cognito login within 30 days. The request cannot be reversed.
Safety reports and moderation records are retained for 24 months. Financial tip records are retained for 7 years. Service logs are retained for 90 days and rolling backups for 35 days. A documented legal hold can extend a relevant record.

Sign in to Lure, then return to this page or open Profile Settings and Account. If you cannot sign in, email shahhinsarlak@gmail.com.
Check a deletion receipt
Enter the receipt and private status key issued when deletion was requested. Legacy receipts remain valid until their retained job expires.
